Combining skills and passions, merging a unique territory and a new local cuisine. Verdecrudo completes the rebirth of the ancient family farm. The pillars of our project are growing in accordance to nature and preparing healthy food. We love being surrounded by people that share our ethics based on labour, respect for the environment and essential wait. In the fields as in the kitchen there are no shortcuts; good things need care and time. Verdecrudo is a research of authenticity and sharing with the others. In this perspective, the direct contact with our guest becomes a key feature to communicate our experience.
